Bootcamps

Work at your own pace through this interval based class that mixes strength training and cardio full body exercises. Using a variety of equipment you'll work your body in different ways to get that ultimate calorie burn

HIIT Fitness

High intensity interval training. The clue's in the name!! HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing that calorie burn. Regular HIIT training will allow you to see incredible results

Box Fit

This cardiovascular workout is based on the training used for boxing. It will involve padwork, shadow boxing, skipping, footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on increasing your overall fitness.

Family Bootcamps

Our family bootcamps are based around having FUN and perfect for getting fitter together as a family. It will require teamwork as well as fun competition and will incorporate speed, agility, strength, balance and movement.

Legs Bums Tums

This class targets your glute muscles, thighs and abdominals. Don't be fooled, LBT is a challenging conditioning workout combing both cardio and strength exercises. By isolating each body part it helps to develop tone and definition in all 3 areas. Be prepared to work hard!

Kids Fitness/Bootcamps

Our children's fitness class consists of sports drills, light weights, boxing, fun games all in an interval based format without forgetting our key focus...FUN! Guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face
