Private Lessons - Adults

Private lessons are your one on one time with our coaching team for sessions designed around your personal goals towards improving areas of your technical and tactical game. It is here where any techniques are corrected specifically for the individual.

Semi Private Lessons

Semi private lessons are for two players of similar standard who are looking for both technical and tactical changes to their game.

Ladies Mornings

Our ladies mornings are a mix of coaching drills and matchplay for ladies wishing to play socially whilst improving their overall techniques. These sessions are a great opportunity to meet players of a similar standard in a social and competitive environment.

Adult Coaching - Mens Groups & Ladies Evenings

Our evening sessions for adults are a mixture of coaching drills for players wishing to develop areas of their game both tactically and technically. Typically these sessions focus on patterns of play and phases of play e.g when both payers are at the baseline or when one player attacks the net. Expect a fast pace session with lots of activity.

Matchplay & Drop In Sessions

Our matchplay drop in sessions are 90minutes with most of the focus around playing points and matchplay with other members of the group. Our coaches will be on hand to offer tactically advise during matchplay. The session typically starts with a coaching drill to warm players up to play. No need to book just turn up!

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic andanaerobic workout.Cardio Tennis is a very social activity for all ages, ability and fitness levels. The Cardio Balls (mini Green equalise the playing field and enhance the workout.
