Kids DXB

Kids DXB, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (2018-2020)

Kids DXB started their journey of children’s sports coaching in 2016 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This was a complete start up business so the team in place knew of the challenge ahead.

In year 1 business was generated mainly through face to face marketing strategies via schools and attending relevant events in the region. This proved to be a good strategy as revenue started to flow through the business immediately and the Kids DXB brand started to gain recognition.

During year 2 the business saw very similar revenues and it seemed like the business had plateaued therefore a different strategy was needed.

Kids DXB appointed Aaron Williams (now co-founder of TDS Group) to handle all digital marketing within the company which proved to be the best business decision ever made. The company was able to attract massive attention online which brought a different dynamic to the business.

Year 3 saw the business increase their revenue 10X which included a record breaking month of generating 1.1 Million AED.
